Millbrook mattresses come from true craftsman beginnings: in 1946, Walter Croll put up the business in Millbrook, Southampton and won contracts to furnish the luxurious shipgoing vessels from various luxury liners. To this day, the company remains a family firm, with many of its skilled artisans (from seamstresses to mattress and divan makers) continuing the work of their parents and grandparents who maintained nothing but the highest standards for the past decades.

The brand is one of the first companies to obtain accreditation through the UK and International Quality Management Systems for pocket spring mattress construction. Millbrook beds grace bedrooms in stately hotels and Embassies around the world.
